Bucky Sligo (? - 2008) was an Irish-American linked to criminals in Alderney, Dukes and Ireland. He was an associate of Derrick McReary and Aiden O'Malley.
Sligo was suspected in a string of robberies for which O'Malley was convicted, yet the charges did not stick. Afterward, Sligo often spoke of McReary as a rat and threatened to kill his family, driving McReary - who evidently did not know (or remember) that he, in fact, did betray them - deeper into heroin use and depression.
A down and out McReary sent Niko Bellic to kill Sligo. Bellic tracked him down to a Burger Shot restaurant in Westdyke, Alderney; in which Sligo escaped in his car, causing Bellic to chase Sligo to his house containing several armed accomplices. A shootout ensued, killing Sligo and his allies.
