Anthony "Tony Black" Spoleto is a 55 year old capo in the Ancelotti Family that manages affairs between the family and their hired Albanian muscle. He is killed by Niko Bellic after a meeting with the Albanians on orders from Gerald McReary in the mission Actions Speak Louder than Words. The hit is designed to sour relations between the two parties as Niko uses a car bomb and the Ancelottis assume it was planted during the meeting by the Albanians.
