Jorge was a minor character in Grand Theft Auto IV, acting as Elizabeta Torres' bodyguard and personal watch. He was prepared to disallow Niko Bellic's entrance into her apartment, being unfamiliar with his face. Mallorie Bardas vouched for Niko and Jorge relented.

Soon after the mission Luck of the Irish, Jorge turned states to avoid jailtime, and he is replaced by Andreas very quickly.
