At the deal, Elizabeta herself didn't come and instead sent Johnny Klebitz, Playboy X and Niko Bellic to it. When the deal was taking place, Charlie acted too nervous and blew his cover, and ended up getting killed by Elizabeta's replacements.
James Yaegashi, who voiced San Fierro Triads leader Wu Zi Mu in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, provided the voice of Charlie.
