Character history
Barbara Watkins is, in 2013, a resident of Los Santos who goes on a date with Premium Deluxe Motorsport owner Simeon Yetarian. The date, however, does not go well and ends with Barbara having to pay as Simeon had forgotten his wallet. Barbara later tells Simeon to stop texting her as she does not want to him again.
