If the player does not kill Ashley Butler in the mission Mr. Philips, Ainsworth will die in a drug fuelled sex orgy in Paleto Bay with Ashley Butler, Lars Mitchell, Tommy Tamons and Jude Melon at some point prior to the mission Mr. Richards.
