If the player does not kill Ashley Butler in the mission Mr. Philips, Mitchell will die in a drug fuelled sex orgy in Paleto Bay with Ashley Butler, Tommy Tamons, Jude Melon and Eric Ainsworth at some point prior to the mission Mr. Richards.
